If you have any queries about a product you would like to purchase, please contact us to discuss your concerns before you buy.

Please choose your products carefully, as Fruits of Nature does not accept returns based on either an incorrect choice or a change of mind.

Fruits of Nature will honor all manufacturers warranties subject to the terms and conditions of those manufacturers, however warranty does not cover abuse, neglect, improper care, loss or damage from incorrect usage.

Warranty claims will be processed at our discretion as a refund, repair or replacement.

If products need to be returned to us for warranty purposes, please contact us with the receipt / invoice number, date of purchase and a brief description of the fault.

All returns should be in original packaging and have the receipt / invoice number, date of purchase enclosed.

Please note that we will only pay postage for item being returned to you under warranty. You will be responsible for postage fees for item sent to us.
