Delivery Information

• All orders are shipped in unmarked boxes to maintain your privacy.

• For those customers getting their orders delivered, please ensure that you provide the shipping address with your order. Shipping charges will then be calculated based upon the size of your order and delivery location.  Freight charges will be calculated at checkout once you have completed your billing information.

• Any product that can be posted with Australia Post will be charged at the rate the calculator charges per box, however sometimes if the item you have ordered is outside the parameters of Australia Post - then it will revert to a standard charge.  If this occurs then we will call, email or text you with a correct quote via Fastway Couriers or other Courier agents, depending on your exact delivery location. You will not be charged or the items will not be sent until we have confirmed with you and changes to the delivery price.

• All orders are shipped via Australia Post, TNT Express Delivery, DHL International or Fast-way Couriers.

• Please allow up to 5 days for delivery of goods. We endeavor to dispatch products on the day of order if possible. Please allow for additional delivery time for remote areas. If you need an express service, contact our sales representatives and we can provide a quote for your requested service.

• Cheques and non Australian Postal Money Orders may be held up to 2 weeks for clearance and then the order will be processed and shipped. We do not charge handling fees.

• Please note: Some items require a custom quote when shipped via DHL, Toll, Australia post or Fast-way Couriers, are charged by 'Dimensional Weight'. As a result, we reserve the right to amend the shopping cart calculated shipping charges to actual charges. We will notify you if this situation occurs.

• Fruits of Nature only ship goods to the cardholder's address or the confirmed address in your PayPal account. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will we ship to third party addresses for your own card security. Please do not ask us to leave parcels, again due to card security.

• Please make sure someone will be available to receive your order, otherwise your package may be returned to us.

• Our couriers will not leave parcels without them being signed for at the delivery address.

• We reserve the right to charge for any re-deliveries if you are not present at the delivery address on the delivery date stated in your confirmation email. You may also call to schedule a delivery for a specific day if needed.

• If an item runs out of stock before your order is processed, a refund will be automatically issued back to your account within two to three business days, unless otherwise directed i.e. specialised items. We will contact you if this unlikely situation occurs.

• We comply with all necessary restrictions and guidelines when shipping any products classified under the Dangerous & Prohibited Goods & Packaging Post Guide.
